What I do
Most teams don’t need a custom model. They need agents that reach into the systems where work actually happens — chat, email, CRM, docs — and do real tasks reliably. I design, build, and operate that layer end-to-end.
I work with founders, ops leads, and small sales teams who want LLMs in production this quarter, not next year.
Recent work
- MCP servers for WhatsApp, Telegram, Outlook (EWS), Gmail/Workspace, NotebookLM, Gemini — giving Claude and other agents authenticated, scoped access to messaging, calendar, and knowledge systems.
- WhatsApp automation backends in Go (whatsmeow) — REST + SSE + MCP transports, single-process, dockerised, production-ready.
- Sales-ops AI tooling informed by MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger and Gap Selling — designing agents and workflows that fit how revenue teams actually work, not how slideware imagines they do.
- IoT & telemetry with ThingsBoard / MQTT for clients running physical operations.
How I work
Tight scope. Working software in weeks, not quarters. Off-the-shelf models, thin custom layer, clear instrumentation. I stay on after the launch when the goal is to make something a team actually relies on.
