Who I am

zhakenov.pro is operated by Askar Zhakenov, an individual, who is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me about anything in this policy at askar@zhakenov.pro.

This website

The site is a static page. It sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party embeds.

Like any web server, it records a standard log entry for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response status, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent string. I use these logs only to keep the server running and secure, for example to diagnose errors and block abuse. They are not used to profile visitors, are not combined with other data, and are not shared or sold. Logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Email and messages

If you write to me by email, LinkedIn or Telegram, I receive whatever you send, including your name and contact details. I use it only to reply and to carry on the conversation you started. Email to zhakenov.pro is relayed by Forward Email, which forwards it to my inbox.

Integrations and Google user data

On subdomains of zhakenov.pro I run integrations, such as MCP servers, that connect AI assistants to messaging, email, calendar and document services. They are for my own use and for clients who have explicitly authorized them. One of them, Askar Workspace, connects to Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and related Google APIs) after you sign in with Google and grant access.

When you grant access:

• What is accessed: only the Google data needed to carry out a request you or your AI assistant makes, such as reading or sending a message, looking up a calendar event or opening a document.
• How it is used: only to provide the feature you asked for. Google data is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not used to train AI models, and is not shared with anyone except as needed to answer your request, to comply with law, or with your consent.
• Storage: the OAuth tokens that let the integration act for you are stored on my server and are used only by that integration. Google content passes through the server to fulfil each request. It is not kept as a separate copy or used for any other purpose.
• Human access: nobody reads your Google data unless you ask me to, it is needed for security or to fix a problem, or the law requires it.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working and the integration can no longer reach your account.

Your choices

You can ask me what personal data I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing askar@zhakenov.pro. I will reply within 30 days.

Security

All traffic to zhakenov.pro and its subdomains is encrypted with HTTPS. The server runs on infrastructure in Germany, and access to it is restricted to me.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the effective date at the top of this page.
